Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy (commonly known as guided imagery) is a very therapeutic experience which uses visualization and progressive relaxation techniques. Each session is tailored to the individual's needs. The client will go through an intake process and decide on a goal for the session. The practitioner will then proceed to take the client into trance (a dream-like state of consciousness) to work directly with the subconscious mind to clear mental and emotional blocks, change limiting beliefs, and create a life of success, abundance, and effortless flow! Sessions may or may not include trans-dialog.
