Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel appointments. Late cancels or no shows will be charged the full session amount, and will not be rescheduled. Emergencies are understood and will be taken into consideration. If you know prior to 24 hours that you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please text Serene and let her know. She can often fill the spot with another client!
